What’s the job?

Are you curious, rebellious, and passionate about making an impact? We are looking for new team members from Manager to Director level in our Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö studio.

In the frog Customer Transformation team that sits within Capgemini Invent, you focus on helping our clients from enabling ideas to empowering their execution and scaling sustainable human-centric transformation. Partnering with passionate leaders and visionary entrepreneurs, you will apply creativity, strategy, design, and data to redefine experiences, re-invent businesses, drive growth, and orchestrate customer-centric transformation.

We are looking for

The seniority of the role will be based on your profile, but you should have at least 5+ years of work experience including a selection of:

  • Relevant experience from transformative programs & projects in fields such as consulting, consumer products, retail, automotive, manufacturing, telco, financial services and beyond
  • Experience in selling and/or delivering customer-centric technology & transformation projects
  • Experience interacting with senior business & IT stakeholders, leading client meetings and dialogue, and delivering presentations with senior audiences
  • Experience leading teams and/or projects (team and expertise leadership role depending on your seniority and profile)
  • Experience with operating models, processes, teams, and tech, such as:Customer journeys
    Customer offers (personalization, bundling, SaaS etc.)
    Sales effectiveness (scalable digital sales, optimized sales force management etc.)
    CRM (processes, models, technology platforms)
    Digital Commerce (business model/operational transformation, channel optimization)
    Revenue streams (reoccurring e.g., subscription vs one-off etc.)
    Commercial partnerships (marketplace models, integrated offer from multiple legal entities or companies)
    Sales and operational perspective of customer service

Additionally, as a frog you need to have:

  • A curious, creative, and human-centric mindset, with an understanding all aspects of transforming the customer experience
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills that emphasize storytelling
  • Strong decision making and time management skills
  • We highly welcome entrepreneurs and doers that might not have the standard “school-internship-prestigious-business-job” career path
