Senior / Front-End Developer

Do you have experience of working with designers and crafting awesome user interfaces? If you are a Senior / Front-end Developer with a great mix of solid technical skills, passion for emerging technologies and a hunger to innovate we have a place for you in our pond at frog Helsinki!

As a Senior / Front-end Developer you are comfortable with rapid prototyping and UI development. You’re familiar with user-centric design processes on a practical level, and with your development skills you are able to implement the concepts and complex services designed by our UX experts into perfectly functioning, responsive, high-performance web applications and services.

You like being creative when working as a part of our specialist team and also take responsibility independently. A client service mindset is a starting point for you and you complete complex projects efficiently, proactively and with excellent quality. You enjoy adapting to new environments and learning new languages, tools and platforms.

You have:
- 2+ years of experience of Front-End Development
- Deep understanding of the basic web technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Solid experience in one or many of the following: React, Vue or Angular
- Understanding of APIs and testing frameworks
- Hands on experience with Node.js, Webpack and Git
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Finnish skills are considered a plus.
- Valid working permit in Finland / EU

You work in an agile way and create accessible, usable and compatible end results. You are ready to work at customer premises and travel occasionally when that is again possible. And not to forget, you survive bad humour.
